About this house rental
Newer rental - beautiful home, high up in the La Quinta Cove near hiking and walking paths, with panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from the large private gated backyard on a double lot. Views of the pool and mountains from the living room, master, and kitchen. All bedrooms have mountain views as well. Great star viewing at night.
Our home has an open floor plan that is bright, relaxing, and welcoming. You will enjoy your stay here.
Our home has been completely remodeled. Everything is new including the furniture, a new AC & Heater, pool, hardscape & pool equipment, a new kitchen with new appliances, new beds, and new bathrooms. There is porcelain tile throughout the home.
Our home is a five-minute drive to Old Town La Quinta with lovely restaurants and shops.
Drive time to other locations from our home:
10-15 minute drive to Hwy 111 for all shopping & restaurants
11-minute drive to the SilverRock Resort Golf Course
15-20 minute drive to the Coachella Festival Grounds & Polo Club
14 minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens
25 minute drive to the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino
35 minute drive to Palm Springs
50-minute drive to the Cabazon Desert Outlets or to Joshua Tree National Park.

The property was totally as advertised. Very clean and well equipped for all of our needs(a family of six adults). The neighbourhood is wonderfully quiet and amazing mountain views surround the pool area. Pool and hot tub are well maintained with comfortable seating including a cabana. All beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. Overall everything is very well maintained. Melanie was easy to communicate with and very attentive. We will most definitely want to stay again!

The house and property were immaculately clean. Everything was perfect. The prop manager, Melanie was so easy to work with. The communication was flawless. I’ve never had a vacation where everything went off without a hitch but this one was IT!!!

It is all good.Walking distance to town, trails. Super quiet and relaxing.The home is set up with everything you could possible need. The host is more than responsive to any issues.
