We got this place because of the detached Casita, and it was worth it. Great to have a little spot for the kids to have their own place to sleep, but right next to the house you can keep an eye on them.

We stayed there for the month of February. The pool and spa was way too expensive to heat. The house is dated and although it was cleaned professionally it has seen a lot of use and needs updating. The kitchen is well stocked and the casita is a bonus.

Three couples shared this home for the Memorial Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The home is spacious, beautiful and the kitchen is WELL-STOCKED! We cooked every night and thoroughly enjoyed the layout and all the wonderful items in the kitchen. The back yard/pool and patio area were perfect to hang out on, and we LOVED the retractable awning. The location nestled up against the mountains was absolutely gorgeous. We would love to stay again in the future.

The biggest problem was the outside space.
The property faces west as a result the afternoon sun is intense and the property has one umbrella and just 3 lawn chairs.
The casita did not have an adequate HVAC unit.
It took as long as 5 minutes to get hot water
The property is lovely however because of those issues I would not rent again
