Czystość, wyposażenie (naprawdę, niespotykane w innych miejscach, znajdziesz właściwie wszystko jak w domu), blisko wszędzie, również jako miejsce wypadowe do Zieleńca i pobliskich atrakcji. Bliskość sklepów, apteki, centrum. Parking i zarezerwowane miejsce dopełniło wszystkiego

Mieszkanko wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet trochę więcej. Lokalizacja dobra , w szybki sposób można dostać się do Zieleńca, a jak ktoś nie chce autem to 100 metrów do przystanku SKIBusa. Miejsca wystarczająco dla rodziny 2+2.
