Obiekt to w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie w bloku. Oprócz miejsc do spania jest lodówka, pralka, zestaw do prasowania, odkurzacz, kuchenka i komplet sztućców i zastawy stołowej. Są też środki czystości. Jeżeli ktoś nie ma problemu z żywieniem się na własną rękę (a w Dusznikach nie brakuje dobrych restauracji ani sklepów), to miejsce jest znakomite. Czasami może być drobny problem z parkowaniem samochodu, ale gospodarze wówczas proponują garaż. Dla osób i rodzin przyjeżdżających na dłuższy pobyt to miejsce jest idealne.
Jest telewizor, ale bez dekodera, co akurat mi tak bardzo nie przeszkadzało, bo pozwoliło na chwilę odłączyć się od "matrixa". No i ciasny parking.
