Mieszkanie jest czyste, ładne, przestronne. Wyposażone w wiele urządzeń: kuchenka gazowa, piekarnik, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy, mikrofalówka, lodówka. Jest osobna sypialnia i duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym. Mieszkanie blisko rynku i Muzeum Papiernictwa. W zimie ciepło.
Mieszkanie jest na drugim piętrze - trochę wysoko.
