la plaza de aparcamiento, no tener un kit de bienvenida (agua, capsulas cafe, sal, aceite, vinagre, infusiones) no tener juegos de mesa, no tener acceso a plataformas de streaming,

j'ai récupéré les clefs à l'agence Rock Rentals situé loin du lieu de la location , et j'ai rendu les clefs à l'agence dans une boite à clefs personne pour le départ pourtant à 9h , ce n'est pas très tôt !

If we had not been collected by my son getting the keys and returning the keys to Rockrentals would have been extremely difficult for us. Perhaps a new system especially for our older age group would be a lot better
