This 1-bathroom vacation rental is minutes from the boat ramps and beaches on Lake Allatoona, but feels so much farther, being surrounded by rolling hills and pastures filled with ranch animals. My stay with Dawn at the studio loft was fantastic! Very clean and quiet with everything I could need at my fingertips. My rental car battery died and Dawn was right there to help me with a jump and words of encouragement. The snacks and coffee setup were superb. I even had a sweet kitty friend visit which was much needed. Great environment on a beautiful farm with helpful, friendly individuals hosting. I will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Because of photo editing apps, sometimes you visit a property that is less than appealing in person. This property is far better in person than pictures account for. I’m visiting the area for work and I feel like I’m on vacation when I come “home” to the farm. The animals are lovely. They aren’t loud or bothersome whatsoever. The owners were here for a few days during my stay and I never ran into them; however, Dawn reached out electronically to make sure all my needs were met. Excellent hosts and amazing home in Cartersville. I’ve already booked my next stay!5 stars all the way around
