Set in a building dating back to the 1800s, the loft blends original brick, historic character, and modern comfort in a walkable downtown setting. The open layout is thoughtfully designed for both short stays and longer visits, with a comfortable bedroom, relaxed living area, office nook, kitchen equipped for everyday needs, updated bathroom, and laundry area. Guests will enjoy being steps from local dining, shopping, and downtown events, with a bakery downstairs and a nail salon and beauty center across the hall.
Additional Notes: Stair access is required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Because of the loft’s central downtown location near the historic train depot and railroad tracks, some street, event, or train noise may be heard at times. The area is now a designated quiet zone, eliminating routine train horn noise. A sound machine and earplugs are provided for added comfort. Please feel free to reach out about last-minute availability or special booking options.

Cartersville is a great little town and this location was perfect for walking around visiting shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was great!
Now for the down sides of my stay.
1. Being an older couple, the steep narrow stairs leading into the loft were tough to navigate.
2. Parking. Lots of activities going on in Cartersville and this loft is located in the heart of the activities.
Overall we had a great stay.

This property was perfect for our stay and the convenience of walking downtown for specialty coffee or meals was so nice! The space was so big and useful during our long stay there and we never ran into any issues finding parking downtown! If I find myself in the area again for anything, I will absolutely rent this space again!
