Just six miles from LakePoint Sports Complex and a mile and a half from historic downtown Cartersville. Plenty of restaurants to accommodate large groups.

We absolutely loved this place. It was spotless clean, and the beds were amazing. Great location, just minutes from everything. Don and his wife were super helpful and always responded within a few minutes. Highly recommend!!

Everything about this house is perfect. The decorating is immaculate. There is nearly everything needed to cook with and plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds were super comfortable and everything worked just like home. The only small complaint would be that we weren't sure what would be there and there were no instructions on Wi-Fi or what to do with bedding. A listing on amenities on the posting would help and just a print up left at the house on simple information like Wi-Fi codes and what should be done at checkout would keep people like me from bothering the owners too much :)For those wondering:There are plenty of towelsThe coffee pot is a Keurig -- so be prepared. A few pods were provided but we drink a ton of coffee. We left a reusable filter there-- so hopefully that helps.There is a charcoal grill (we brought a small gas one-- would have saved on packing space had we known)There is an additional roll out bed The master bedroom bed (main picture) is pretty high-- so keep that in mind if you have disabilities.There are a lot of quilted blankets for those chilly nights.The dog LOVED the large yard and it really helped get some energy out running up hill to fetch. There is a very nice park about 1/4 mile away with good walking trails and sports fields/courts. Perfect walk for the dogs.Rod was VERY quick to get back to me on questions and it is a great host.We appreciate everything and will definitely rent again when we are in the area.
