64 Apartment in a typical Barcelona's old building

Lokalizacja była super zaledwie 10min spacerkiem do metra/przystanku autobusowego. Sam apartament bardzo przyjemny i przestronny

Jedyny minus to to ,że nie było herbaty tak jak miała być :(

The location is perfect, as is the authentic style of the building. Lots of convenience stores close-by as well as bars with tapas. It is very quiet at night, considering you are in a big city. Also nice is that there are 2 bedrooms, and no-one needs to sleep on the sofa. The 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed is rather dark, but you are not in Barcelone to stay in your bedroom, and it wasn't a problem (for the teenagers who slept there).

Perhaps some minor details that have to do with regular maintenance: the light above the sofa didn't work, the door handle of the bedroom came off, I am not sure if the coffee machine was functioning properly (we managed to make coffee once with it), the light over the sink was constantly flickering although that stopped at one point.

Zeer goede locatie. Alles was op loopafstand. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Daarnaast waren er ook veel supermarkten in de buurt. Appartement was netjes en ruim genoeg.

Naast ons zat een hostel. Die hebben we bijna niet gehoord, behalve om 04.00uur 's nachts meerdere dagen achter elkaar. Sommige meubels kunnen wel een update gebruiken. Alles was wel netjes, maar versleten.

Locatie was prima, vlakbij een metrostation een paar stops van het historische centrum

Het volledige pand is erg verouderd, appartement moet weer gerenoveerd worden. Het heeft gebruiksporen van veelvuldig verhuur. Naast de master bedroom is de liftmachine kamer te vinden van het naastgelegen hotel.. dus da's de hele nacht te horen.. Wc pot zit los.. leeslamp in de living leunt op de sofa omdat deze anders zou omvallen..badkamer kastjes vallen uit elkaar.. afvoer van de wasbak was verstopt... allemaal kleine zaken die frustreren omdat we veel geld hebben betaald voor een paar dagen...
