Comfortable mattresses, Some of the interior design was interesting. Nice to have two separate bedrooms.

Hot water system needs to be sorted out. Scalding hot. Then-surprisingly-cold. No ability to temper at the shower valve. The interior design and layout leaves something to be desired as far as basic storage (clothing, kitchen and food items) and eating space. The remote check in doesn't seem particularly intuitive or user-friendly, although the phone support was helpful.

Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - blisko do stacji metra, a także do zwiedzania Barcelony pieszo. Dobry kontakt z wlascicielem/obsługą. Apartament czysty, schludny, przyjemny, ale malutki. Apartament wyposażony minimalnie. Na duży plus przyjemna i czysta klatka schodowa prowadząca do apartamenciku.

Niestety właściciel w ogłoszeniu wprowadza w ogromny błąd, podając, że apartament ma 60m2 (apartament nie ma 40m2, jest malutki). Okna z dwóch sypialni wychodzą na mikro balkonik, z którego widok jest na okna innych bloków, z kuchni i łazienki widok jest na mur! Apartament wyposażony w absolutne minimum, jeśli chodzi o środki czystości (trzeba pamiętać, by zakupić na pobyt papier toaletowy (obsługa oferuje 1 rolkę na 4 osoby na pobyt 6 dniowy..), worki na śmieci itp. Apartament wyposażony m.in. w ekspres do kawy, niestety filiżanek nie ma a kubeczki są za wysokie, więc kawe można do miseczki łapać. Dostanie się do apartamentu tylko i wyłącznie drogą elektroniczną, tj. trzeba mieć zawsze że soba naładowanego smartfona z zasięgiem, bo inaczej nie ma możliwości dostania się do drzwi na klatkę. Na duży plus za pomysłowość i fantazje zaliczyć należy pralkę na balkonie...

Clean and pretty

The e-key which was not showing in the webpage then I had to call them and ask them to activate it even though I completed all the required steps and even arrived 1 hour after check-in time. Also there was some noise from the neighbour next door that others thought it is coming from our apartment so that was very disrespectful.

The shower had some mould, towels have some discoloration and should be replaced. Also chairs in the kitchen are damaged. the terrace can not be used as it is tiny and view on other terraces. We missed daylight in the living room. You have to switch on the lights all the time. The building is old and smells bad but once you are in the apartment you feel at home. We had some issues with the entrance door which is anoying when you just arrive but it was fixed via a phone call. I would prefer a reception or a personal welcome.
