It was clean, spacious and comfortable 😊

They didn’t supply too much toilet paper, stairs were a lot with our luggage but that’s what you get when you come to Europe! Far from the city centre but we knew that when we booked - Overall great!

A good location, short walk from Paral-ell metro. Easy enough walking to Ramblas, Vella, Estadi Olympic etc. The area felt safe & was well serviced. Lots of tapas & small cafe/bars offering a diverse dining options, all just a few strides from the door. The apartment was well equipped & comfortable. The beds were excellent, an absolute bonus after long days exploring BCN. The apartment has nice touches, umbrellas, rain macs (which we did use) & basic store cupboard seasonings if you’re cooking in. It was a pleasure to pop out & collect fresh bread from the local bakery, grab fresh breakfast or snack items to prepare .. equally there are a couple of delicious cafes nearby.. Billy Brunch is highly recommended. Communication throughout was excellent from host, lists of useful information provided.

This property is typical of old BCN buildings with short steepish stairways & no lift. There is no full oven. The interior was a little tired & frayed but nothing of this disturbed our stay.

Es war schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten.

Es war am Esstisch etwas dunkel, was uns allerdings nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir dort nur gefrühstückt haben und sonst viel unterwegs waren. Das Treppenhaus ist recht eng. Wir mussten die buggys hochtragen, da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren. Möglich aber etwas mühsam.

L'accueil de Sergio était agréable et bienveillant. L'emplacement à proximité du métro Paral-lel permet d'accéder directement à la Sagrada Familia. Le marché de la Boqueria et la place Royale sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Les chambres donnaient sur la rue qui est très bruyante certes dans un quartier animé (Poble Sec) où les bars ferment tard et ensuite la collecte des ordures s'effectue en pleine nuit.
