This property was perfect for the annual girls beach trip I take with my sister in law and teen niece. Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. This place had everything important to us…comfortable beds, great showers, walking distance to a cure coffee store and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

My 16-year-old son and I had a beyond wonderful experience at Lemon Fish Villa. The villa was well equipped, they provide a "starter" pack of the amenities, but it was enough to last the two of us the 5 days we were there (aside from shampoo for me). But there is a Publix and a dollar store directly behind the property (can very easily walk). So getting supplies was super easy. It is extremely close to the beach, a nice private spot but very close to Manatee Beach where you can an get food, a drink at the Tiki bar or play volleyball. Beach towels, chairs and a wagon (which we did not need but was a nice amenity for those with younger children) were all provided. The pool area was beautiful. A nice sanctuary after a day at the beach. The location is great, within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and of course the beach. I had once concern about our garbage disposal (making a noise like something might have been stuck in it), and I sent the management company a text and they had someone there to service it within what seemed like 15 minutes. We loved our stay, and if we returned to Anna Maria Island I would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic little place with two bedrooms and bathrooms very conveniently located walking distance to the beach and dining and grocery. Pool is very warm and clean. Nice and updated everything. Only thing that could possibly make it better is a curtain (s) on the sliding door as we did use the pullout couch and it got bright early for our teenager! Highly recommend.
