Part of a perfectly-sized 8 unit complex, you'll have parking for two vehicles and access to the complex pool and "back-yard" grilling area. Just off the pool deck there is a coin operated washer/dryer.
The property is centrally located in the City of Holmes Beach. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore the island on the free trolley.

We enjoyed staying at this property.
It was walking distance to the beach and various different stores including the supermarket, ice cream. Doable if you have small children. There are coin operated laundry machines on site (not in the condo)
but it was easy to access and use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My children particularly enjoyed the pool and we loved the proximity to the beach. It's a little dated inside and we would have preferred the 2nd bathroom to be on the same floor as the bedrooms. Would also have preferred a pantry for food and a washer/dryer inside the unit. Besides that, we had a great time. Very clean and beachy!

Our stay was great. Location was nice walking distance to beach, shops & food! Condo was clean & comfortable but could benefit from some flooring upgrades.
