Best Homestay in ninh binh the host is lovely and very attentive with everything the place is clean and very local to the main town would highly recommend.

We could rent a motorbike directly from the property as well as get some laundry done. The lady who runs the place is lovely and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend as great value for money.

Absolutely everything. The room was spacious, and bathroom facilities were fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and included tea/coffee, fruit, eggs and rice. The pool was also a great feature to cool down in, following visiting the various sights. The family and staff at Sparrow’s went out of their way to make our 14 day stay amazing.
