The property is in a great location in Tam Coc. The room was comfortable with a great view and all ammenities provided. Was able to do laundry with ease for a low price. The best part of the property was the host who has a kind heart and will go out of her way to help you & ensure you have the best stay in Ninh Binh. Her staff are equally as kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this property.

Nice location! And it’s super easy to rent a bike.
Wastebin toilet hadn’t been cleaned during our stay, while you use it every time you go to the toilet cause you can’t throw toiletpapier in the toilet itself.
A/C gets stuck on 26 degrees. So if you want to have it a bit colder, you need to use the fans (even though they make a lot of noise)
