Well-located flat in quiet location that is warm and comfortable

Good location yet quiet. Warm flat with clean bedding. Some parts of the house could be cleaner example dining table.

No kitchen towel supplied. And no condiments in kitchen.

Great location and ammenities, super helpful staff!

Location was super central and close to the local department store and several supermarkets. Key collection was at Hotel Aquila, which is less than 5 minutes away from the bus drop off location which made it super easy and is manned 24/7 which was important to us as we arrived late at night and departed early morning. The staff are super helpful and accomodating too!

There was a bit of construction going on near the villa when we were there, probably in preparation for the Winter Olympics which meant it could be loud at times. Also was quite tricky to find the trash disposal bins as you are required to take out the trash prior to checking out.

Decent stay, glad it was only 1 night.

Nice location and nice to have parking. Clean and spacious.

One shower was hand held only and in the larger shower, so we all used the smaller one instead because it was an overhead shower. Double bed in main bedroom was hard as a rock, and pillows were terrible.

Two bathrooms are helpful with four adults.

They advertise this as having parking available, but the parking is in a completely different location. Also, there should be an electric code entry. The check-in is not super close to pick up and drop off door key. It is a hassle. On top of that, they expect you to clean the room taking trash with you when leaving. I guess it is a party town because they do a pre hold damage deposit on credit card as well. We liked this apartment less than any of those we stayed in during our 3- week trip all over Italy and Europe.

Équipement dans la cuisine (manque: coupes à vin, serviette de comptoir et de table, cafetière pas alléchante, pas de grille pain , ustensile dépareillés , pas de produits de nettoyage sauf liquide à vaisselle …etc) Divan lit extrêmement inconfortable , housses de couettes désuètes. Manque de lumières !

Assistenza praticamente inesistente, bisogna ritirare le chiavi dalla parte opposta del centro di Cortina, il garage è per nulla agevole, lo staff non aiuta a colmare le oggettive lacune della struttura (c’è un divano letto nella zona giorno, non ci sono né tapparelle nè tende coprenti per le due finestre presenti in quell’ambiente). Per un soggiorno di 400€ al giorno, investire 50€ in due tende coprenti è il minimo che si possa fare per migliorare il servizio!

Appartement très sombre, aucune vue , les fenetres donnent sur la rue, et sur un building en construction. Le paysage à Cortina d'Ampezzo est fabuleux, et on est enfermé sans vue sur cette belle nature

Es ist schon etwas runtergekommen. In einem Badezimmer steht ein verrostetes Metallregal. Der Spüllappen und Schwamm waren uralt und wirklich sehr eklig. Wir mochten nicht einmal duschen. Es gab einen Föhn, der aber in keine Steckdose passte. Der Eigentümer sollte da mal etwas Hand anlegen.

Attualmente l'appartamento è circondato da un cantiere, ci hanno spostato di struttura

Dopo le insistenti lamentele, nonostante abbiano inizialmente cercato di negare, ci hanno cambiato di struttura.

Non è assolutamente segnalato che l'appartamento (al piano terra a destra) è completamente circondato da impalcature, in quanto da novembre 2024 è praticamente all'interno di un cantiere per l'abbattimento del fienile che c'era lì accanto e per la costruzione di un nuovo palazzo. Questo implica che per la nostra esperienza da prima delle 7 del mattino fino a fine giornata ci siano rumori di macchine da cantiere, martelli pneumatici, trapani, operai che urlano e mezzi che segnalano col clacson l'inizio e la fine di ciascuna manovra. Inoltre, la strada è bloccata durante il giorno dal cantiere stesso che si espande, quindi non è possibile usufruire neppure del carico/scarico davanti alla porta né passare come pedoni, e per andare in centro bisogna fare tutto il giro dal lato opposto, impiegandoci il doppio del tempo.
