Also seasonal (winter) rent for a luxurious apartment (200 mt from the center of Cortina) in a beautiful chalet, completely wood in the outside, in the most elegant area of Cortina d'Ampezzo, via Spiga, where are the most prestigious villas, near the Hotel Cristallo and just above the "old railway promenade".
The chalet is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a wonderful view of the beautiful peaks of the Cortine Dolomites such as Tofane, Cristallo, Cinque Torri. Ideally located 5 min walk to the center (bell tower) and its services and 3 min walk from the ski resorts (cableway cableway and Faloria and 15 min from Tofane installations in Freccia in Cielo cable car). This exceptional apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet and is surrounded by a beautiful lawn and park of larch trees and fir trees completely surrounded by private terraces (often you can see the caravans!). It is the ideal place for families who want to enjoy peace and tranquility in the green, while 200 meters from the famous bell tower. The property consists of a living room with a fully equipped wooden dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (possibility of folding / folding beds) all in wood (total beds 6), plus kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, Hairdryer, oven and microwave) and two amenities (one with large shower and one with bath). Private cellar, private outdoor parking and car garage, free housekeeping 24h / 24h. The apartment is richly furnished with antique and noble furniture and combined with typical wooden furniture the beauty of the warmth of a mountain chalet.
Five minutes walk downhill from the center of the village, the chalet is very romantic and quiet, the panorama is dreamy, of terraces with sunrise and breathtaking sunsets. The house is cozy and the decor is very well maintained. Completely in the middle of the 5000 m² green the wood is often visited by Cerbiat. It is absolutely ideal with children in any season, in fact, without driving the car, you can make various walks and with the ski to your feet you will come to the cable car of the Faloria thanks to the trail connecting the Faloria to the city center ; on the same path, always with the skis at your feet, you come directly home.
Deposit required 300 Euro (summer) / 500 Euro (winter), key deposit by owner / custodian bank, incidental costs not included for sale at the end of the rental period.
The price does not include the cost of consumption (water, light, gas, heating and final cleaning), which are counted upon departure after verification of consumption.
In general, a rental contract is agreed to guarantee both parties.
