The property was amazing beautiful inside. The spa was so gorgeous and the breakfast very good.
The air conditioning on fourth floor rooms was not working as well as we expected.

We were travelling from London on my birthday and were shown to a room full of balloons, a bottle of wine, biscuits and even a birthday card. I loved the breakfast although it finished too early for my daughter who likes to lie in bed for a while when on holiday; good room service although limited menu options; Lovely staff; Great location for shopping.
Our cleaner was grumpy and not overly efficient and insisted on doing our room in the afternoon, exactly when I wanted to nap; our spa experience was a bit of a disappointment as the treatment bed's height was not adjustable and as I am a disabled person it took a while to get me up onto the bed, meaning my treatments were cut short. Also it wasn't clear whether we could use the pool or not.....

I thought the interior is very dated. The beds weren’t too comfortable either
