Raffaella and Giovanni Pinzerò and Francesca and Lorenzo, Raffaella’s father and mother. They were like family. Giovanni accompanied us to the restaurants for dinner so we didn’t get lost. Being an Italian American with parents born in Sicily, I am fluent in both English and Italian. On our last day, we sat with the family, spoke in Italian with Raffaella’s parents and enjoyed the company, the coffee and the breakfast. If you have never been to Ragusa, Palazzo Degli Antoci is a must stopover.
We could have had one more outlet to charge our mobile devices.
