Holiday home near Pinos Puente, province of Granada, Andalucia.
This authentic property ensures you and your family will spend a truly relaxing holiday, in a picturesque place that lets you unwind and recharge your batteries. You can also enjoy day-trips to Granada and visit the spectacular Alhambra, which lies only 19 km from the house. The layout of the villa features two floors, and the holiday home also welcomes a spacious rustic living area on the lowest floor.
The house's main level is occupied by the living space, whose most important room is the dining-living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and an open kitchen. From one of the kitchen's doors, you will access another spacious dining-living room, equipped with a pool table and a football table, both of which allow the whole family to spend fun moments together. The rest of this rustic-style room is provided with a huge dining table and a lounge space facing a fireplace.
The lower level also features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, and one bathroom with a shower. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the first floor: two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and one single bed each, whereas the third bedroom is provided with two single beds. Two extra single beds can also be added in this bedroom if needed. On the first floor, you will have one bathroom with a bathtub and one bathroom with a shower at your disposal.
The enclosed outdoor area provides several corners where you and your family can relax and enjoy the fabulous summer weather, surrounded by lush vegetation and every comfort you will need to spend the perfect holidays. The spacious front patio leads to the backyard, where you can unwind in the shade of the chill-out area, enjoy your meals in the area for "al fresco" dining and let your children have fun in the playground. Then, lay on the hammocks or sit on the deckchairs in the middle of the garden, which let you soak up the sunshine and have as many siestas as you wish. Last, but not least, dive into the fenced private pool, which ensures many refreshing moments for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à 9 personnes dans cette ancienne ferme Andalouse, très bien décorée. La piscine, les nombreux endroits où se tenir, la cuisine et le barbecue d exterieur mais aussi la remarquable cheminée font l'originalité et l'agrément de ce lieu, à 20 km de Grenade et moins de 2 h de Cordoue. Très bon accueil de nos hôtes.

We stayed there with a group of 10, and the time we spent there was wonderful. The house was really authentic and big enough for all of us. The courtyard is perfect for enjoying the afternoon near the pool. In terms of accessibility the house is only 5 minutes from the highway, and about 30 minutes from Granada. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and i can only recommand the place.

Amelia ist ein offner herzlicher Mensch sie ist sehr Gastfreundliche. Das Haus steht in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Gegenden. Einfach toll!!!

Notre séjour familial avec des enfant de bas âge chez Amelia était super. Le logement est très grand avec tous les équipements. Amelia était très disponible, accueillante et gentille. Je te remercie infiniment et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.
