Not very clean but comfortable enough

Comfortable beds, good shower and washing machine

Lack of cleanliness in general. Broken bathroom bin and rusty shelves in shower. The garden needs to be looked after to reduce the amount of bugs in the outdoor area.

Great apartments, beautifully clean

Oleander is a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen area and modern bathroom. It’s nice and we’ve had a wonderful 3 weeks there.

There is a bright light next to the front door which we had to cover so we could sleep in darkness, but other than that it is lovely.

A perfect stay — beautiful apartment, spotless and well-equipped, with a lovely private garden. Spiridoula’s warm hospit

We stayed in Columbine and absolutely loved it. We arrived early and Spiridoula, the wonderful host, was so accommodating. The apartment was spotless with fresh decor, fresh towels almost daily, and a well-equipped kitchen. Our bedroom and kitchen both opened onto a private garden with a terrace, beautiful flowers, trees, and our own sun loungers — perfect for relaxing. Spiridoula’s hospitality was outstanding; she even has a lovely little café in town. Couldn’t fault a thing — we highly recommend staying here!

Garden apartments are very modern, quaint and clean

We rented both the Oleander and Anemone apartments for a week, and had an amazing time! The apartments are beautifully decorated, very modern and stylish, clean and fresh. We loved the facilities and made use of the washing machine, the oven and hob as we made breakfast and some lunches together some days. The cleaning service is amazing, I felt bad that I didn’t empty bins in time etc before the owners did! The area was lovely and quiet and sitting out on the patio area on an evening was lovely and chilled out. It’s a short walk away from the beach and the restaurants but not so far that it was an inconvenience every day. If you like a quieter spot away from the nightlife then this is for you :)

A little pool would have been amazing but honestly we weren’t too fussed, which is why we booked the apartments

Superb

Beautiful Place, Very beautiful Garden , very big Balcony and another big and comfortable space to sit in the garden, The host was available and helping. Very comfortable apartment relatively close to everywhere , also to Arillas beach and also to Agios Stephanos beach .

It is a bit close to the main road, so it was a bit noisy , but the road is mostly empty so it was not that bad.

The accommodation was very clean and cleaned regularly. Didn't have any problems really bit feel the would have been dealt with if we had. Loved that it had a washing machine.

The only thing I would recommend changing is the the shower head.

Exceptional accommodation in a great position

This accommodation deserves its exceptional rating. They are positioned in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of both San Stefano and Arillas, and there are some very nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Facilities in the appartments are fantastic, with 2 double bedrooms and a large kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and washing machine if you want them. There is a large terrace facing the quiet road looking out over the garden and an area at the rear which is a sun trap where you can sunbathe with the provided sun beds.

Lovely quiet and clean place - with comfy beds!

Comfortable beds, clean facilities, lovely garden, nice kitchen. A nice quiet location. Air conditioning was a saviour as it was over 35 degrees for most of our stay. We loved it and will be back!

We liked everything about the property. The only thing to consider is that it’s a reasonable walk from the beach. We didn’t mind this, but if our son was any younger than he is (7), then the walk would have been long for him. But it wasn’t a problem for us :-)

Very relaxing

Lovely patio, ideal for breakfast, overlooking mixed flower/ vegetable garden. Clean and well decorated with big shower, plenty of hot water. Air con good, patio doors with fly screens in bedrooms kept rooms cool even though 30 c during day. Level 5 minute walk along lit road to resort centre, excellent beaches in both Agios Stefanos and Arillas. Good mix of bars and restaurants in resort

Modern, well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Always greeted us and asked if we were alright. Have been to San Stefanos many times over 20 years. This was the best place we have stayed!

Great location, lovely apartments for a quiet break

Great location made it easy to visit both San Stefanos (brilliant for beach days) and Arillas (amazing sunsets and good restaurants/bars). Very clean with cleaning service every other day. Very well appointed kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. Large apartment with a nice terrace overlooking the garden, plenty of space. Owner dropped off a huge watermelon for breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the complementary sweets and limoncello! The three apartments are clearly new and very nicely built. There is sufficient free car parking space. I would recommend to stay here again in future.

Very little that we didn’t like - the apartments are lovely! Small improvements could be made but didn’t impact our stay - in particular shower head needs to be mounted to wall to avoid having to hold shower head, more wine glasses required, complementary dish washer tablets would be nice, and one of the mosquito nets (twin room) needs a small fix as there is a tear in it which allowed some mosquitos in.

I recommend this appartment, clean, quiet, well equiped. The grill was great, we appreciated it. And beautiful garden. Near to the sea - less than 1 km. And the beach! The best I have ever seen in Europe.

Toller Kurzurlaub auf Korfu

Wir hatten zu viert das Apartment Columbine. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, einen Flur und eine große Terrasse, neben dem Haus noch einen kleinen Garten mit zwei Sonnenliegen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, es gibt einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schrank mit Schubladen. Die Matratzen waren für uns sehr bequem (eher hart). Die Küche ist mit allem, was man so braucht (Herd, Microwelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine) ausgestattet, sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Im Flur gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Laminatboden im ganzen Apartment. Die Terrasse ist mit einem Esstisch und vier Stühlen sowie mit einer Sitzecke mit Tisch aus Rattanmöbeln ausgestattet. Der kleine Ort Agios Stefanos ist ein Touristenort mit einigen Bars und Tavernen. Weil es keine großen Hotels und daher auch nicht übemäßig viele Touristen gibt, ist es verhältnißmäßig ruhig . Der Sandstrand ist vom Haus etwa 900 Meter entfernt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es etwa 800 Meter und zum Bäcker etwa 400 Meter. Der Strand ist sehr flach, man muss etwes ins Meer reinlaufen, um schwimmen zu können, das ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal. Es gibt einige Lokale am Strand, die Liegen und Sonnenschirme aufgestellt haben, die man kosenlos nutzen kann, wenn man dort etwas zu trinken holt oder einen Snack.

Super Preis-Leistung

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, der Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, regelmäßige Leerung der Mülleimer war super und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, dass es Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gab. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt, Wasser/Orangensaft/Weißwein wurden als Willkommensgeschenk zur Verfügung gestellt, was eine sehr nette Geste ist. Super auch, dass es Insektenschutzgitter gibt.

Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein, z.b. konnten wir keine Schere finden. Außerdem ist es gut zu wissen, dass es kein Pfeffer/Salz/Öl gibt. Wer Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine regelmäßig nutzen will sollte ebenfalls entsprechende Mittel besorgen bzw mitbringen. Wäscheklammern, Wäscheständer waren vorhanden, was super hilfreich war. Die Bettdecken waren wie erwartet nur dünne Leintücher, hier haben wir aber eine dickere Decke finden können, die wir darüber gelegt haben.
