Clean room and towels changed every 2–3 days. Spacious room with a large wardrobe and a terrace with a table and two chairs. Small kitchenette separated from the bedroom, with its own fridge. Easy parking right across the street. The hotel is run and managed by a family and their children, which creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. Small but clean pool. I’m sorry to say this, as the family is lovely, but the breakfast needs major improvement, I have been traveling through Greece every summer for more than 15 years, and this was by far the weakest breakfast I have ever encountered included in the price of the room.

The kitchenette is extremely poorly equipped: only 2 small plates, 2 knives, 2 glasses, 2 cups and a kettle. No mosquito nets, which is a big minus in Corfu. The bathroom is extremely small, the toilet space is very tight, unless you are slim you cannot sit properly on the toilet, you basically end up with your face against the wall. Breakfast is very basic and portions are small: 2 slices of bread per person, plus one small pack of butter and one small pack of jam. One coffee and a small glass of juice. Water is extra cost. A daily fixed dish, rotating between 4 options, but all in very small portions (e.g., 2 slices of fried bacon and half a tomato, or sausage with tomato, or toast). A “choice dish” also comes in small portions: a small omelette, 2 boiled egg, 2 fried eggs, scrambled egg, yogurt with fruit or yogurt with cereal. As a desert one piece of something bought from the supermarket. Anything extra must be paid separately. Breakfast is served only between 9:00 and 11:00, and you won’t find anyone there earlier than 9, which is inconvenient if you plan early trips.

The apartment itself was excellent: clean, well-organized, comfortable, with great air conditioning and very good facilities. Everything we were promised was provided on time, and in terms of the apartment itself, we really had no complaints.

Unfortunately, the management seriously affected our experience. The restaurant was closed during certain hours when we wanted to eat food we had brought from outside, but we were not allowed to sit at the restaurant tables even though it was closed, and had to eat in our room. We were also not allowed to bring our own drinks to the pool and could only purchase drinks from the hotel bar. Given the property’s remote location, this felt very restrictive and as if guests were being forced to purchase everything from the hotel. There was also an unreasonable breakfast policy: guests from the same room were not allowed to eat at different times, even when some wanted to eat earlier and others later. Most importantly, when we raised these concerns, the receptionist shouted at us aggressively in front of other guests and even threatened to throw us out. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A beautiful property with a great apartment and facilities, but the restrictive rules and poor treatment by the staff unfortunately overshadowed the positives.
