If you want a beach holiday, lovely food & sun, this is the place

It’s location, mainly. About 20 yds behind the owners fabulous Trattoria. The food, and service was excellent, so good we didn’t bother trying anywhere else. The back of the apartments was rustic, communal for us as too couples. Great for eating out. 50yds from the beach having its own sun beds and umbrellas. Lovely and clean. Really nice people

Perfect beach apartment

Perfect location - two mins walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet. Views were beautiful. Modern clean apartment and had everything you need. We ate out all the time though. Loved the two balconies - one on the front and one on the back. Best bathroom in Greece!!

Had the best week staying here. Early morning swims, fantastic food, great walks, beautiful scenery

Received a warm welcome when we arrived. The apartment is in a really good location with Katoi Taverna close by which serves excellent food and the beach just metres away. Sun terrace at the back of the property which was so peaceful and a balcony at the front means sun all day if you want it. There are some great walks nearby and well worth the (sometimes challenging) hills - beautiful scenery. Would highly recommend these apartments.

Katoi studio apartment stay June 2025

The apartment was very modern and well maintained. Cleaner came every two days. Shower was amazing and much needed. . The location was right next to the restaurant that owned the apartments and were extremely friendly. Even letting us have takeaway from the menu if required. The beach was directly opposite the restaurant and plenty of options for boat trips and water sport fun available. As self catering there were also a few local stores along beach for supplies. We did three boat trips during our week stay. To Timon beaches, paleokastitsa,, and the glass bottom boat tripbto all local caves along this stretch of coast. Beautiful for swimming and Snorkeling. Took local Green bus service to corfu town 1hr 15min journey from outside restaurant..

We found bed bit too firm. Was extremely warm in nights ever with air-conditioning. Plus got bit by mosquitoes many times. Very windy roads from airport to accommodation 51min taxi journey. 1hr 15 by bus.

The location was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly! The apartment itself was super clean, well equipped and very nice :) We would definitely book it again!

Very good

The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. The room was a bit tiny but the bathroom was spacious and the air conditioning unit worked perfectly. The owners of the apartments and the restaurant nearby were really friendly and the food was quite good. Location was a top notch, so close the beach etc. Easy access to go to the beach or drive away further with scooters or bikes.

We would have wished that the restaurant would have served breakfast. Other than that, nothing to complain.

Good

The apartment is close to the beach. It’s also accessible by bus from Corfu and close to the bus stop. The garden at the rear of the property was good for relaxing in the afternoon. The shower in the front garden was good for post-swim and beach. When we mentioned the coffee machine and pillows, they were responsive in providing solutions. The mosquito screen hidden in the door leading out onto the veranda was helpful at nighttime so we could leave the door open. In the morning you can hear the waves from the apartment. Due to Covid, masks and handheld provided in the apartment was helpful. They were very flexible about check out on the last day. The restaurant is family run and the whole team is very friendly.

The apartment was advertised using photos of a balcony with a sea view but our apartment (Studio 3) was on the ground floor and had a view of the front garden and rear of restaurant. The mattress and the pillows were very poor quality. There was no coffee machine as per advertisement. It would have been nice to have a discount at the restaurant for coffee or dinner. We found sun beds for free at Delfini Taverna which we used after eating lunch there, and the drinks were cheaper there too. In the kitchen of the apartment there needs to be a sharp knife, cutting board, more basic items.

Wonderful place with very kind people.

The owners are very nice people and welcomed us kindly. The rooms were clean. We could count on the owners to answer all our questions.

The studio is very small. 30 m2 on the website is counted with the balcony (I've checked that) so the room kitchen and toilet altogether have around 24 m2. However the arrangement of rooms is far from ideal so this 24 m2 feels really small, it's difficult to move around or to find a place to put a bag.

Strandnähe und Meerblick am breiten Sandstrand bei gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

In diesem Haus befinden sich nur 4 Appartements mit je einem Balkon bzw. einer Terrasse auf der Ost- und West-Seite, so dass wir abends den Blick auf den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen konnten. Zum schönen, breiten Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter entlang der Straße. An der Ecke befindet sich das Restaurant der Vermieter, die uns während der Öffnungszeiten bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sehr freundlich geholfen haben. Im Inneren war alles frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Οι φωτογραφίες του εξωτερικού χώρου φαίνονται πολύ παλιές

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό φρόντισε να μας βάλει κούνια για το μωρό όταν τη ζητήσαμε, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες, αφού η θάλασσα βρίσκεται μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια· πραγματικά μεγάλη ευκολία όταν έχεις μικρά παιδιά. Γενικά μείναμε άνετα, και παρόλο που το πρώτο βράδυ βολευτήκαμε όλοι μαζί στο κρεβάτι, μετά ήταν πολύ πιο ξεκούραστα.

Παρόλο που το κατάλυμα φαινομενικά καθαρό, τα πιάτα και τα ποτήρια στα ντουλάπια δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένα. Τα βράδια υπήρχε μια έντονη δυσοσμία από έξω, που θύμιζε βόθρο, κάτι που μας χάλασε πολύ την εμπειρία. Το μεγαλύτερο απογοητευτικό σημείο όμως ήταν ο κήπος γιατί έκλεισα το κατάλυμα κυρίως γι’ αυτόν, καθώς οι φωτογραφίες έδειχναν έναν όμορφο χώρο με τραπεζάκια και καρεκλίτσες για βραδινή χαλάρωση. Στην πραγματικότητα όμως ήταν ξεραμένος και παρατημένος, μάλλον με φωτογραφίες από πολλά χρόνια πριν. Αυτό για μένα ήταν η μεγαλύτερη ψευδαίσθηση.

esperienza ottima

Posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Stanza di nuova ristrutturazione pulita e attrezzatissima. Proprietari molto disponibili e premurosi per qualunque esigenza. Il ristorante sempre da loro gestito che si trova di fronte all'alloggio (del quale non si sente alcun rumore o odore dalla stanza anche con le finestre aperte) offre menu locali e ottimi cocktails a prezzi onesti.

Очень понравился аппарат, локация и персонал.

Отличное месторасположение, минута до пляжа! Отличный персонал, очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Апартамент свежий, чистый, всё необходимое есть, даже кофе, чай и фрукты при заселении. Две мини-террасы (по обе стороны аппартов) на которых в кайф завтракать. Для ужинов рядом ресторан Myth Tavern 12 с ну очень вкуными морепродуктами!

Плохой wi-fi. В целом всё понравилось, из предложений что улучшить: это дополнительную дверь-сетку от москитов на террасу и утюг в номер) но это уже придирки.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und der Check in war unkompliziert. Uns erwartete eine wertig eingerichtete und sehr saubere Unterkunft im 1. Stock mit einem großen Balkon und Blick auf das Meer. Das Bad ist mit einer Multifunktionsdusche, einem großen beleuchteten Spiegel und einem leistungsstarken Fön ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und in 200 m ist man am Strand. Besser geht es nicht.

Súperfijne plek, een aanrader!!

Fantastisch appartement, met oog voor detail ingericht. Op 50 meter afstand van heerlijk strand met ligbedjes en voldoende ruimte zonder bedjes, diverse leuke restaurantjes om de hoek. Geweldig lieve eigenares en dik compliment ook aan de schoonmaakster!
