Me and my spouse wanted to have a relaxing weekend in Nafplio. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was superb. We also liked the autonomy that was given to us having entrance codes and being able to do a late check in.
The room was quite small, but especially the bathroom. We would have liked another « hanger » or somewhere to put our towels as the only one was above the toilet which didn’t seem so sanitary. Since I was traveling with my spouse it was ok to hang our towels together but if I was traveling with a friend or another family member it would have been a problem (as there was only the one above the toilet).
The breakfast was quite disapointing (the variety you could choose from was ok but the actual quality was very mediocre) - also something to point out, we had a lovely balcony with a very nice view and we kindly asked to bring ourselves our breakfast in our room to eat it on the balcony and we specified that we would bring everything down on our own so there would be no extra hustle for them. We were disapointed by the reaction which was « absolutely not 😅 » - It’s a pity to pay for a nice balcony and not being able to enjoy it for breakfast (knowing that breakfast was not a buffet it was stuff you would preorder from the previous night so it wasn’t like we would have abused by taking a lot up in our room)

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the port and an abundance of restaurants. The port area was rather busy given it was a beautiful weather day. We were able to find parking there for the night. Our room had a view of the Palamidi Fortress. The view at night is wonderful. The room is small which we did note before booking. It worked for our short stay. We had to depart before breakfast to catch our flight. The staff extremely kind in sending us off with some croissants and sandwiches.

Space in the room was quite tight but the outdoor terrace was very large and had great views of Palamidi Fortress, Acronafplia and also partial views of Bourtzi Castle & the sea. Special mention of the super comfy bed :-) Breakfast was delicious and made to order. The staff, esp the ladies preparing breakfast, were very friendly. Location was very good and within walking distance of most of Napflio's attractions. There's free parking in the port area, within 4 min walk to the hotel.
The room was quite small and space was a little tight, esp in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly, and it was very clean.
The terrace room was far too small for the price not enough space to two people. Then change to a bigger room. And it was better.
The rooms should have a coffee facilities
Breakfast system was an waste of food. As if we need to given our orders the night before its impossible to know what we would want in the morning. There's other systems that would reflect better a good customer care plus less waist of food.
