Very good

Great looking place with good sized rooms and great location.

In terms of cooking facilities it was a little lacking, as there were no kitchen knives for chopping.

Dirty and no response from host

The property looked nothing like the photos, it was messy and dirty. After sending the host a message over a week ago, still no response, apart from a generic automated message to say that they hope we enjoyed our stay. The guests couldn't stay there due to the dirtiness, so had to be moved to a hotel.

Practical, serviceable, clean

Spacious, good location, comfortable

As you can see from the pictures it only has vertical Blinds in the bedrooms, makes it light from early in the day through the summer. We were a family of 5, and although the property was spacious it only had two dining room tables. Washing machine and drying screens but not iron, there was an empty iron box. The cutlery drawers weren’t as well equipped as they could have been, no tin opener or bottle opener. It could also do with a wee cupboard of board games or card/dominos to entertain us on a rainy day!

Uncaring owners leave this place filthy

Not alot.. the TV worked I suppose

It was very dirty, filthy. 2 chairs for a table that was broken and hadn't been cleaned along with the floor (which was covered in glitter throughout) and furniture. Did contact the owners and gave them pictures showing all of the dirt issues, thinking they might want to send in some cleaners, but they didn't even respond. Lights in a bathroom weren't working either. A general lack of care. Could be a super property but the owners just don't appear to be bothered. Pic just shows that AFTER we washed the table, the dirt that was still picked up. The whole flat needs a deep clean, maintenance all round and tlc. I would leave all of the pictures we sent the owners if I could see a facility to do this

unclean and horrible mattress on all beds

the cleaners hadn’t been in and the place was filthy, we changed the beds ourselves and the mattresses were in a horrible state and this ruined our stay, we couldn’t get anyone on the phone or email and we had no apology from anyone dispute leaving numerous messages to propertri

Don't like this place at all, unfortunately....

Location, main entrance, rooms ,beds ,showers ,back yard leaving area very dirty and smells bad ,disappointed 👎 Pictures and reality are completely different things....

We loved it here!!!

We liked the size and space, the beds where comfortable and it was great access close to town a 3 min drive. Staff was fast to respond when we needed things and very polite. I would definitely stay here again. It was cleaned well and well taken care of.

The bathroom light in one room didn't work but it's fixable. We was really quite but the nabours wasn't very happy about us having one friend here for a coffee. So we did receive a small complaint but it was quickly resolved. And the location for parking isn't the best but it was easy to get too

Very bad customer service.

The spaciousness of the apartment.

The bathtub was leaking water downstairs and the neighbours had to bother us (not their fault). Neighbours told us that they had been waiting weeks for the landlord of the apartment we were renting to fix it ever since he told them he was going to fix it. The next day the landlord asked us to come in knowing that we were there one more day to fix it and although we told him that it did not seem right to us because it should have been fixed or at least have told him that the bathtub was broken and that our things were there, we said that they could enter, but because of that we did not see it fair that they charge us the same price (since they knew that it was broken before). In the end they came in to fix it and he didn't answer us again, not even to apologize. Very bad customer service. On the other hand, the accommodation did not look very clean. Very disappointed

Exceptional

Beautiful flat, great location, clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

I couldnt find and iron and the clothes airer was broken. Settee bit uncomfortable to sit and watch telly. Terrace needs tidying. I had to undo some poles from the broken gazebo as they were flying about in the wind and was afraid they may smash a window. And move a big plank of wood.
