My booking went smoothly no problem and the location was great but my friend's family got lots of problem with their booking. Eventhough we all booked the room at the same time but when they got there a little later than us, they were informed that they only got booked for one night. After talking to the Agoda rep. my friend was able to secure a room for two night but was asked to pay for a third night. Some more calling and waiting then the 3rd nght was paid honoring my friend's original booking confirmation. It was such a hassel for our friend. Agoda needs to do a better job in this regard!

This is the place to stay in Yosemite. Great view of Yosemite falls right from the parking lot. Take the shuttle around the park. You can also take guided tours from here. We did the Grand Tour. It was outstanding. The Base Camp eatery has a good variety of food, and the gift shop is a mini convenience store. Will stay here again on our next visit.

I made the mistake of booking through Agoda. They told me my reservation was confirmed and collected payment in advance, but when I arrived at the Lodge they said Agoda had not booked me for the dates shown on the confirmation. They were able to find us a room but said they had many problems with Agoda and urged people not to book with them. Also they said Agoda,'s prices are about 25% higher than booking directly with the hotel. NEVER AGAIN.
