If you book through Agoda you will be sorry. They lie lie lie and screw up the reservation. Book directly with National Park Service. Do NOT use Agoda. They Suck!

I booked a king size bed, didn’t get my room, I was told I was lucky to get the room as this third party site is notorious for overpriced, don’t get what promised, the hotel stated this site is notorious of this behavior. A lot times sending customers home, very disappointed, will never book with you again.

The hostess for the dining area was super caring and accommodating. She was the best.
The view to wake up to was amazing. I love Yosemite in the winter.
The prime view king bed room was great, I’ll upgrade next year to a bigger suite because I love the entire vibe of the hotel, the location in the valley, the great customer service, the views, everything… grateful to have this experience and will return.

I chose this hotel specifically because it is located inside the park, hoping it would allow my daughter to rest conveniently after a long day. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The hotel was unable to provide our room at the scheduled check-in time, and more concerning, there was no clear estimate of when the room would be ready. We had to repeatedly follow up at the front desk, and only after multiple inquiries were we finally able to check in around 7:30 PM.
By that time, it completely defeated the purpose of staying inside the park. We could have easily driven out to a nearby town and had a much more comfortable and predictable stay.
Overall, the lack of organization and communication significantly impacted our experience. I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process and provide better transparency to future guests.
