location for hiking is lovely and the pool and spa facilities great. Staff could not be better.
No aircon. It was hot through the entire night
Poor standard of room and bathroom.
Poor quality of sanitary goods i.e. soap and shower gel.
No kettle/tea/coffee.
No fridge.
Our room was like one from the 1990's but with a new bed, so it looked really strange like two rooms smashed together. The general standard is poor, just a new bed and paint. Poor finish all around, cheap soap etc, old rough towels.
Very disappointing and we feel ripped off as the price is for 4*+ and quality for 2*+

"This 4-star family hotel is one of the best in the Dolomites, certainly in the Passiria Valley.
Three pools, a large spa system and a fitness room.
The rooms are large and comfortable with huge TV...."
