Wellness-Sporthotel Ratschings - A perfect hotel in Valle Passirai

This 4-star family hotel is one of the best in the Dolomites, certainly in the Passiria Valley. Three pools, a large spa system and a fitness room. The rooms are large and comfortable with huge TV. A balcony facing the the mountains. A cable car next to the hotel that allows you to go up and hike. The family and staff help with any questions or problems, , and first and foremost, the food is exceptional!!!

Breakfast were great! The pool and fitness are great, new and clean. Dinner was great too. All in all great place, it has everything.

Fitness opening hours limited. Not for the one who wants to workout after dinner.

Great location, very good food and friendly staff. We got a quite spacious room with a beautiful view over the mountains. Nice swimming pool, perfect to recover after a day on the mountains.

Feel like home experience with amazing location

Location, Mountain View from balcony, proximity to the cabin lift, extra kind and helpful staff, proper wellness area, variety of activities organized by the hotel group, underground parking included in the price, option for half-board (probably worth it), cute morning newspaper providing useful information for the day.

No fridge in the room, plastic chairs on the balcony that are a shame for the magnificent view, uncomfortable cushions, mattresses could be harder.

Heerlijk rustige ligging, vlak tegenover de lift. Ontbijt overweldigend. keuze uit 12 soorten ei gerechten. fantastische kamer, iedere dag proper handdoeken. Diner zoals steeds zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Heel vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel. Iedere dag andere activiteiten voorzien. Gratis kaartje voor openbaar vervoer. Korting op veel activiteiten en liften in de bergen.

Veel gasten die rookten op het terras. De kamers waren rookvrij maar op het terras was het toegelaten.

Een fijn hotel om zeker terug te keren.

Dit is een top locatie. Wij komen vaker hier ook in de winter en alles is hier super goed. Vriendelijk personeel, eten is prima en ook alle faciliteiten. Wij komen zeker terug of het nu in de lente, zomer, herfst of winter is. Het 34 graden bad is voortreffelijk.

Eine Wohlfühloase

Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes großes Zimmer und ein tolles Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und separaten WC. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das mehrgängige Abendessen war jeden Tag ein Hochgenuss. Jeden Morgen gibt es eine Morgenpost mit Programmtipps und andere Infos. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber einer Gondelbahn und man kann sofort die Bergwelt erkunden. Wir hatten super tolle Tage in Ratschings.

Ottimo per rigenerarsi

Accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff ma soprattutto della titolare, donna di spessore e grande imprenditrice sempre in prima fila pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente. La cucina è davvero di livello e le piscine belle e rilassanti dopo aver passeggiato nei vari percorsi della valle.

Il personale molto gentile e paziente con attenzione al cliente. La struttura curata nei particolari. Ottimi e funzionali tutti i servizi. La cena eccellente così come la colazione con menù ricchi e per tutti i gusti. Cabinovia a due passi per andare in quota tra sentieri e giochi per bambini. Soggiorno perfetto!

Luogo di pace e meraviglia

Posizione fantastica,staff super disponibile,cucina favolosa. Bellissima struttura,ottimamente collegata,al centro di una valle incantevole.

Solo qualche suggerimento:fornire pantofole da camera e per la spa, mettere uno sgabello in bagno e magari qualche prodotto in più per la cura della persona,anticipare l'orario della colazione alle 07.00.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal hier und es hat uns alles gefallen. Vom Essen über den Wellnessbereich bis zum Pool war alles super.

Zuerst bekammen wir ein Zimmer zur Baustellenseite und nordseite, aber da haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches auch von der Ausstattung uns zusagte.

Personale gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza. Ho delle allergie e lo staff si e' preso cura di me presentandomi ottimi piatti in alternativa al menù proposto. Sicuramente adatto ai più piccoli, presente una piccola area dove potevano prendere in prestito giochi e libri. Mia figlia di un anno si e' divertita molto con il memory 😀 Vicini tanti trekking e ad un passo dal confine Austriaco! Vi consiglio la funivia di Monte Cavallo poco distante. Ci ha lasciato il desiderio di ritornare!

RACINES ATTO SECONDO

Spa molto bella e ben tenuta, di rado si trovano strutture con 3 piscine. Quella esterna veramente notevole e acqua perfetta 34 gradi. Cibo buono tutto molto ordinato e staff efficiente e simpatico un grazie alla cameriera Chiara. Stanza minimal molto gradevole e con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto segnaliamo i cuscini.

Tolles Hotel mit Tiefgarage, Skidepots Pools und Fitnessbereich. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Schräg über die Straße, die Rolltreppe hoch und man ist am Lift zum Skigebiet.

La nostra stanza era più allineata ad un tre stelle che ad un 4 ma comunque ampia, pulita e comoda.

Posizione comodissima per chi scia, con gli impianti di risalita di fronte all’hotel. Ottimo parcheggio coperto gratuito. Molto buona la cena. Area wellness nuova con piscina all’aperto bel riscaldata. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse l’area SPA è piccola in periodi di alta stagione. Non posso dirlo perché sono andato a Settembre, immagino che ad Agosto ci sia affollamento e difficoltà ad accedere all’area SPA

Großzügiges Hotel mit sehr schönem Wellness- bzw. Badebereich

Das Hotel ist großzügig angelegt. Empfang, Speisesaal, Zimmer und Wellnessbereich sind geräumig und großzügig angelegt. Professionelles Personal betreut die Gäste. Frühstück und mehrgängiges Abendessen sind sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt an der Durchgangsstraße des Ortes. Da der Ort aber etwas abgelegen ist, besteht wenig Verkehr. Die Zimmer, die auf der Bergseite liegen haben keine so gute Aussicht. Beides tut aber der Gesamtqualität des Hotels keinen Abbruch. Noch eine Kleinigkeit. Die Außenbeleuchtung auf den Balkonen brennt nachts.
