Mi dispiace ma l’ho vissuta come una truffa dato che ho prenotato per un hotel a 3 stelle (visto che così è scritto) e quando arrivi davanti ti trovi un b&b. Avrei prenotato da un altra parte con un prezzo sicuramente diverso! La reception è inesistente, sempre vuota, mai visto nessuno! Ho chiesto alle donne delle pulizie che oltre a non aver fatto la camera dopo che esplicitamente era stato richiesto di cambiare il lenzuolo sporco di giallo, non hanno potuto darmi delle coperte aggiuntive perché non ce ne erano: “signora questo è un b&b, non un albergo” cito testualmente. È stato molto deludente.

Kahle sporadische Zimmer, Null Ausstattung Kein Zimmerservice, nur gegen Extrabezahlung. 15€ für kleinen 3kg Hund pro Nacht für NICHTS, aber Auskunft über Preis erst nach nicht stornierbarer Buchung. Sehr unfreundlicher „Geister-Familienbetrieb“ ) Drohungen per EMail.

Das Frühstück war gut, keine Besonderheiten, das normale. Es wurde immer nachbestückt und die nette Dame hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt, der möglich war.

Man sieht dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber für ein Ski WE bzw. nur zum schlafen perfekt. Busanbindung direkt vor der Haustüre ins Skigebiet und nach Sterzing.

Ganz tolles Frühstück

Unkomplizierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf dem Weg in den Süden. Wir haben das Zimmer sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es stand trotzdem sehr schnell zur Verfügung. Die Online-Rezeption ist praktisch, der Check-in jedoch kompliziert und zeitaufwändig. Das Frühstück und die zuständige Dame waren super!

Alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Blick aus dem Zimmfenster war nicht ganz optimal. Kein Problem für eine Übernachtung.

Personalloses Hotel hat etwas von einem Geisterschloss

Lage ist sehr gut, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Ein Hotel ohne jegliches Personal (außer beim Frühstück) ist sehr seltsam. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch und keinerlei gemütlich.

Fijn hotel (voor ons op doorreis), maar vast ook om in de omgeving leuke activiteiten te doen.

Hebben hier prima overnacht op doorreis. Self check in werkte ook goed. Paar minuten van de snelweg, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding in deze regio. Mooi uitzicht, fijne bedden en kussens, prima buffet ontbijt. We onthouden hem!

Badkamer is gedateerd en gebouw enigszins gehorig. We werden met zn tweeën achterin de ontbijtzaal weggestopt aan een tafeltje waar het wat donker was.

La camera assegnata non corrispondeva affatto a quella selezionata e pubblicizzata. Nulla era conforme a quanto promesso: i due letti, a causa della loro struttura, non potevano essere uniti (nonostante avessi prenotato una matrimoniale e non una doppia). La doccia era indecente, incrostata e sporca; la porta del bagno si stava sfogliando; il lavandino aveva gli attacchi invertiti, per cui girando sulla calda usciva acqua fredda e viceversa. Inoltre, aprendo la finestra ci siamo trovati di fronte un muro. Ritengo inaccettabile pubblicizzare una camera e fornirne un’altra del tutto diversa.

C'è una bella sala comune dove poter mangiare il cibo preso fuori, ottima colazione, buona posizione. Non servono le chiavi è molto semplice entrare ed uscire

La prima sera abbiamo ricevuto una camera non conforme alla nostra prenotazione, il giorno successivo ci hanno dato la camera giusta. La camera non è mai stata pulita abbiamo dovuto chiedere di svuotare la spazzatura e degli asciugamani puliti dopo 3 giorni di utilizzo. Una notte i nostri vicini stavano urlando e facendo molto rumore alle 2 di notte alla fine ho chiamato la guardia notturna che mi ha semplicemente detto di bussare all'altra camera ovviamente è stato inutile, hanno fatto baldoria fino alle 3.30 di notte.

Soggiorno per concorso ippico

La prenotazione non rimborsabile . Ho avuto un imprevisto e alla mia richiesta di disdetta con rimborso parziale hanno proposto un voucher per metà dell’importo . ( il voucher l’avrei utilizzato difficilmente) Ho deciso quindi di pernottare almeno una notte per non perdere tutto con richiesta di non pagare almeno la tassa di soggiorno, ma mi è staro negato anche questo. Per fortuna avevo prenotato solo per due notti e alla fine sono riuscita a vendere il pernottamento anche se ovviamente non allo stesso prezzo. Il personale è sempre stato cordiale ma sinceramente potevano fare di meglio …….

Habe 8 E Mails über Booking und vom Hotel direkt erhalten. Online Check in. Na ja nicht meine Welt. Muss immer den ganzen Kram lesen. Trotz Ankündigung, dass man den Zugangscode am Vorabend erhalten soll, war mein Anruf nötig. Habe dort keinen Menschen kennengelernt. Keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank. Alles Minimalistisch!! Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort am Wochenende nur nis 12:30 gegeben. Die schöne Umgebung ist nur von vitalen Menschen zu erkunden.

Großes Frühstück und überaus freundliche Dame. Trotz technischer Probleme der Kaffeemaschine hat sie sofort einen Techniker gerufen und nach 15 min gab`s wieder Kaffee.

Posizione eccellente, grande parcheggio disponibile senza prenotazione,o con pagamento. Colazione ricca è variegata,tavoli per la colazione abbastanza distanziati tra di loro per permettere il libero spazio che serve alla comodità. È possibile per chi possiede un cane entrare in sala per fare colazione in compagnia del proprio animaletto,in alternativa non ci sono ( almeno così mi è sembrato....) tavolini all'esterno per poter fare colazione all'aria aperta.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo ( ore 19.00 circa ) abbiamo trovato il bagno in condizioni un po' "così così" presenza e tracce di capelli lunghi e peli lasciati in bagno per terra ci hanno lasciato un po' perplessi su come fossero state fatte le pulizie in bagno.... A quell'ora non c'era personale in struttura dato che già dal check in in poi ci siamo dovuti organizzare fa soli ,per far presente la situazione. Amareggiati ed un po' delusi abbiamo aspettato il mattino seguente per far colazione, pagare la tassa di soggiorno ed il pernottamento per il nostro cane e proseguire la giornata in puro divertimento.

Durch das System mit online Check in und Zugangscodes ist es Personal sparend und unpersönlich Doch wenn Leute zum Beispiel aufgrund von Sprachproblemen damit nicht klarkommen, ist es für sie sehr schwierig, Hilfe zu bekommen und ins Zimmer reinzukommen Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach mit dem allernotwendigsten ausgestattet, total ungemütlich und spartanisch
