At first I was shocked to find a lack of amenities nearby, but views are off the hook.

the views were awesome, and walking the nearby wine and apple groves, fairly easy access to bus stops

No fan, fridge, or staff on site. No breakfast on site. It's remote and sits on a major road, so it was loud with vehicles and motorcycles driving by. All amenities needed a 10-minute walk either up or down a steep hill.

Good

Very peaceful and quiet. Parking was very good. Location was very nice with nice views and plenty of fruit farms. Coffee machine was very cheap and good. The automated check-in & check-out was very modern and very good.

Toilet was not clean when we arrived. Water was not properly draining in the sink. In our 3 days, there was no staff present there, we had no interaction with any staff. The walk to Merano was quite long, downhill & uphill. It was a bit expensive considering a bit the remote location, there were definitely cheaper offers more nearer to the city, but closer proximity parking is then an issue in the city areas. Initially when you book, they will not charge your card. I though I need to pay by cash at the property on the last day, so I brought extra cash along, but since there was nobody there all the 3 days, luckily I checked the last morning before departure, and my card was charged the last day -- this could have been made a bit more clear to the guest that they charge automatically on the last day, because in the booking.com invoice it was written that the payment needs to be made physically on the properly. As there was no staff there in all the time we were there, we just had to do the automated check out, put the key in the locker, and leave by the given time. We didn't have breakfast, as the breakfast area was located in another building which was 500m uphill from the location.

Balcony and room had a beautiful view. Rooms have a good size and parking available. Bus stop nearby.

No refrigerator in the rooms. Toilet was leaking but got placed in a different room.

Das Zimmer ist nett und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Frühstück gab es nicht, weil das Haupthotel in der Umbau- oder Renovierungsphase ist. Jedoch war es im ganzen Haus sauber und das Zimmer ganz nett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Bergen und Reben war schön.

Leider hat das Internet beim Check-In nicht funktioniert, jedoch waren die Menschen im Haus sehr hilfsbereit.

Passable Unterkunft für eine Nacht

Die Unterkunft ist auch für nur eine Nacht buchbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Organisation funktioniert gut.

Die Straße vor der Pension ist sehr laut und sie wird die ganze Nacht befahren. Die Aufforderung zum Online-Check-In kann man ignorieren, da man alle Daten trotzdem am Check-In-Automaten nochmals eingeben muss.

Posizione e pulizia ottima. Qualità prezzo OK. Camera calda e silenziosa.

Arredamento un po datato, TV un po complicata da usare. Non essendoci distributore di bevande o cibo. Un bricco o scalda acqua e qualche bustina di the sarebbero graditi.
