Duże mieszkanie, sporo miejsca. Szybki Internet, dobra lokalizacja (blisko sklepy i plaża). Czysto. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Naczynia i sprzęt w kuchni pozwala na przygotowanie jedzenia. Blisko stacji metra. Miła właścicielka.
Mieszkanie wymaga już małego remontu widać ślady zużycia. Okna starego typu. Na korytarzu nieprzyjemny zapach i gorąco w windzie. Wg mnie w tym stanie mieszkanie powinno być sporo tańsze.
