Modern Chic Studio - Chania City Center - Parking

The location is good, close to the old town and the beach.

When we arrived at 3pm the place was still dirty from the previous guests. We called the property manager and after 1 hour she informed us that the cleaning lady had an emergency and the studio would be cleaned by 8pm. What a dissapointment!! We had to leave our suitcase in the manager's office (15min walk from the studio). We lost our first day in Chania and we spent hours waiting to get to the studio to refresh and rest. When we finally got back to the studio, we could see that it wasn't cleaned well and our socks became black within 10min of walking in the room. After long conversations with the property manager, he promised a small compensation for the lost day. However, after 5 weeks we still didn't receive anything. We don't like to be lied to! We won't return in the future.
