Good for a last minute summer booking at an affordable price in the area

Host was reliable, sent us clear information on time. The location was convenient since it was a less than 10 min walk to the WEGO bus stop that took us to the main attractions nearby. There was free parking provided and the place itself was clean. Since it's in the heart of downtown Niagara Falls, there were a couple cute shops/restaurants a few steps away.

The place has very low ceilings making it feel cramped/smaller than it really is (can feel a bit claustrophobic for extended period of time). It felt like a basement suite even though we were on the main floor. There also wasn't enough proper lighting inside and was very dim. The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbours clearly. The area itself seemed a little sketchy (though we had no problems during our trip). It was cold because the AC is always on, but you can't change it since the thermostat is locked. Thankfully, the blanket was thick enough to keep us warm. Also be warned that the bathroom sink facet always runs really hot.

Meets expectations and is a good value for the price.

It's a nice quiet location. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The falls are 2.5 km away so if you are up for a walk you can walk there or simply get a bus pass and go wherever you want. There is a very nice park right by the bus route too. The host is very responsive via messaging.

The AC broke on the last day and it got rather hot inside. Only one window is easily opened. The bathroom door needs adjusted to close. You can't control the thermostat and instead have to contact the host for changes.

A place that just like home!

The air conditioner is fixed temperature 20.5°C. It's really cold at night. Fortunately the comforter is so warm and the bed is really comfortable.

Our stay in Niagara Falls was was an excellent experience and was helped by a great place to stay.

The cleanliness and location were excellent. There was access to the major routes into/our of Niagara Falls. The owner was very helpful and was understanding when my daughter left something behind after checkout.

My only disappointment was the lack of a one-seat chair when the sofa bed was ready for use. Chrysler St was closed due to the economic impact of COVID-19, but the street was used for community events and we were able to be at one of them. I certainly don't hold the suite was responsible for those circumstances, but some sort of advisory would've been helpful.
