- a nice balcony with a beautiful view on the Parisian rooftops and the Eiffel Tower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, a micro-waves, a stove, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher),

After a 5-minutes walk, you will get to the Seine and enjoy the Parc Rives de Seine, a new Parisian area designed for pedestrians and cyclists, that allows you to cross the city on foot. This walk will offer you a wonderful view on the Eiffel Tower. Very close to the Bois de Boulogne, the green lung of Paris, the 16th district, is also famous for its museums: the Marmottan-Monet Museum, the Palais de Tokyo and the Modern Art Museum are all part of this neighbourhood.
Ideally located 5 minutes away from the metro Line 9 (Jasmin station), you will be able to go quickly to the most famous places of Paris: Trocadéro, Pont d’Iéna, Champs Elysées, Galeries Lafayettes on Haussmann Boulevard, as well as the must-see popular areas such as Grands Boulevards, Place de la République or Nation.

You can't beat the location. The view was as advertised too and the balcony and center garden were great added features. The other reviews are on par as to the small details lacking. The place could really use a whole wipe down. It was quite grotty. Being provided only two bath towels, a dish towel and a floor towel for an 8 day stay is unsatisfactory. When I asked for more, I was told there would be a 40 euro charge which is ubsurd! We also had issues with check-in and no one came to greet us. Nothing was explained and it took days to receive responses to our inquiries, which left us frustrated. Clearer information as to what basics are included would have helped, like having to supply our own toilet paper. All in all, the place was comfortable. The furniture and place was a little worn down, but was spacious and had a modern flare. We enjoyed our stay, despite the nuances we had along the way.
