Great location and staff
Our toilet was broken in room so had to change room to a lower, not so nice view from room which wasn’t happy about.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu 3 noce (25–28 lipca) i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Obsługa była niezwykle życzliwa, uśmiechnięta i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Otrzymaliśmy czysty, komfortowy pokój z widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna – w samym sercu okolicy Sultanahmet, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od najważniejszych atrakcji Stambułu. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów, dzięki czemu wszystko było na wyciągnięcie ręki. Bardzo miło wspominamy ten pobyt.

Location
Reserved two rooms with two beds, it took half an hour to get bedding for a sofa, it wasn't pleasant discussion, guy behind the desk wasn't very professional, funny discussion, sofa-bed is not equal to a sofa))) at least we've got bedding for a poor quality and uncomfortable sofa. We were tired with flying through war started on 02.28.26 and so, had no energy to elevate our reasonable request, and left them alone
