The staff is good and the service. What you see on the website is exactly what you get to the place. The place is near a shopping Mall called Ferndale on Republic and also near petrol stations
In the Queen Room, the lights are not all working they should fix that issue.

THE CHAIR ON THE CUMPUTER DESK WAS NOT COMFORTABLE

Cleaners came every day to clean the facility. New towels, bedding and toilet paper was given. The staff was friendly and the front desk had a 24- hour service. There was an AC to keep the room cool
There was only one light in the main room, there used to be three, but those bulbs were removed. There are people talking and being loud right outside the room early in the morning.

Receptionist very friendly but the aircon not functioning although we tried to call for assistance. Its like they were not properly trained on how to operate it 0r switch it on to function. This is the second time when visiting and face such challenges
