I was felt welcome from the moment I entered the establishment.
I was allowed a late departure which I appreciated.
The staff are kind friendly and always wanting to help

It was good value, considering other options available in Johannesburg. Everything else was just ok or sub par in some situations.
The shared kitchen was good as you can cook your own meals and store your goods in the fridge. They offer a laundry service.
Not much privacy in the shower area. The toilets could be improved. The bunk beds need a railing for the top bunk (I slept on the top bunk and on the second night was a bit worried I might fall off). Room size is quite small and you can get the smell of the other roomies which can be a bit nasty
