Enjoy the ultimate ski-cation from this rental at both the Killington Ski Area, just four miles south, and the Pico Mountain Ski Resort, three-and-a-half miles west. During the summer months, this home is close to state parks with networks of hiking trails, ponds, and waterfalls. Less than four miles south, conquer your fears at the Killington Adventure Center featuring jump towers, sky ropes, ziplines, and Alpine Tubing. And then end your days with local brews and tasty treats at the Killington Beer Company, just steps from your front door.

Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
