Three bedrooms downstairs plus an upstairs bedroom and loft offer plenty of space. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, a small deck, mudroom, and access to The Woods Spa with indoor pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, steam room, and sauna. Close to Killington Resort and local trails.
Settle into Hilltopper Haus, a cozy retreat tucked inside The Woods community. This split-level three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo is designed for easy, comfortable living, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and settle in.
When you enter the home, you’ll arrive on the main sleeping level. This floor includes two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk, and the other with a queen bed — along with two full bathrooms. The bathroom off this hallway even features a private sauna, perfect after a day on the mountain.
Head down a few steps and you’ll find the open living, dining, and kitchen area. With high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar-stool seating, this space is made for gathering. A small deck off the dining area gives you a spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Upstairs, a cozy loft with a couch leads into the third bedroom, which has a king bed and its own full bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub — a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
Guests also have full access to The Woods Spa & Fitness Center, including the indoor pool, hot tub, gym, steam room, sauna, and tennis courts — all free of charge during your stay.
Additional perks include a mudroom for gear storage, a washer and dryer, and smart TVs throughout the home.
