Ottima posizione. Tutto il necessario per trascorrere un weekend al mare.
l'Assenza di un climatizzatore ci ha costrette a tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte ma purtroppo c'è stato parecchio rumore proveniente dalla strada. Cosa normale e comprensibile dato che era un sabato sera d'estate e pure il patrono del paese, però da tenere in considerazione se si vuole riposare.

The authentic apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Lerici. Everything you need is literally on your doorstep! It has a beautiful little balcony where we enjoyed eating our meals and soaking up the atmosphere of Lerici. We were very glad that it had a washing machine and washing line outside on the balcony. The owner kindly left us tea bags, biscuits & coffee pods for the coffee machine which was greatly appreciated! The decor was interesting, although not all my taste, I enjoyed looking at the eclectic mix of artworks and sculptures on display.
The dishwasher didn’t work. We tried to use it and it leaked water all over the floor and mats which caused us a bit of stress having to mop up. Washing up liquid and a sponge was not provided (we found this a bit strange) so we couldn’t actually wash our dishes even by hand! There was also a bit too much clutter (ornaments) around the apartment and some personal items in the cupboards. I had to move stuff around in the bedroom cupboard to make space to hang up my clothes. The shower head was not properly attached and kept falling off the holder. The shower also leaked causing the bathroom floor to be constantly wet.

The property is well kept, located in the center of Lerici. Close to the main beach, attractions, restaurants and shops.
There are way too many stairs to access the property. And additional ones within the flat itself. Shower and toilet were also not working properly, so it was a bit tedious to use the bathroom. It’s more for young people, if you have mobility problems, it’s not convenient. Pillows are way too high, really uncomfortable. Also, you can hear everyone talking from the street, so you can’t really sleep.
Way too expensive for the quality of the flat.
