I love Lerici but I would never stay at this listing ever again and would advise the same for others

Being in the center of town made things easy but the noise was beyond bad. People screaming until early hours of the morning… the trash and bottles being smashed in the alley behind the restaurants was also absurd.

Pretty much everything. I had been under the impression there was working WiFi, AC and a laundry machine. There were none of those three things. It was so hot you couldn’t breathe in the space. Getting the keys delivered to us was a nightmare and they were late and not helpful. I contacted the host numerous times for help and never responded. They also said they spoke both English and Italian but they did not speak e flush which really made a lot of this worse. The dishwasher was broken. The towels were gross as was the bedding.

the property is located in the centre.

the property is very old and filthy. you don’t want to stay in that place. we only came back there to sleep. the pillows are from 70s. the sheets have stains of rust. There are no toiletries. they have left some used toiletries that are taken from other hotels. the appartement doesn’t smell nice. it would be scary to sleep there on your own. also it’s very loud at night and in the morning. there was no check in. they just gave us the keys without even entering to the apartment.

A delightful apartment in the heart of Lerici

The authentic apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Lerici. Everything you need is literally on your doorstep! It has a beautiful little balcony where we enjoyed eating our meals and soaking up the atmosphere of Lerici. We were very glad that it had a washing machine and washing line outside on the balcony. The owner kindly left us tea bags, biscuits & coffee pods for the coffee machine which was greatly appreciated! The decor was interesting, although not all my taste, I enjoyed looking at the eclectic mix of artworks and sculptures on display.

The dishwasher didn’t work. We tried to use it and it leaked water all over the floor and mats which caused us a bit of stress having to mop up. Washing up liquid and a sponge was not provided (we found this a bit strange) so we couldn’t actually wash our dishes even by hand! There was also a bit too much clutter (ornaments) around the apartment and some personal items in the cupboards. I had to move stuff around in the bedroom cupboard to make space to hang up my clothes. The shower head was not properly attached and kept falling off the holder. The shower also leaked causing the bathroom floor to be constantly wet.

The property is well kept, located in the center of Lerici. Close to the main beach, attractions, restaurants and shops.

There are way too many stairs to access the property. And additional ones within the flat itself. Shower and toilet were also not working properly, so it was a bit tedious to use the bathroom. It’s more for young people, if you have mobility problems, it’s not convenient. Pillows are way too high, really uncomfortable. Also, you can hear everyone talking from the street, so you can’t really sleep. Way too expensive for the quality of the flat.

Appartamento in posizione centralissima a Lerici.

Ottima posizione. Tutto il necessario per trascorrere un weekend al mare.

l'Assenza di un climatizzatore ci ha costrette a tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte ma purtroppo c'è stato parecchio rumore proveniente dalla strada. Cosa normale e comprensibile dato che era un sabato sera d'estate e pure il patrono del paese, però da tenere in considerazione se si vuole riposare.

Impossibilità di soggiorno

Non sono stata nella struttura perché ho dovuto annullare il viaggio a causa della richiesta extra per un letto supplementare (divano letto pare scomodo a dire del proprietario) di euro 150 per una notte che non era nemmeno previsto al momento della prenotazione e che in assistenza Booking mi hanno detto non indicato. Ho preferito perdere i soldi che aggiungere ad un host che approfitta della prenotazione non cancellabile. Mai capitato
