Riverside Park is just steps away, as is historic downtown Salida with fine dining, coffee shops, art galleries and boutique shopping. Grill and/or enjoy cocktails on one of two patios while watching the surrounding wildlife or, just down the riverbank, the whitewater frivolity.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Nice property close to downtown and river views off the patio and balcony. It provided an excellent stay for my family. We could easily walk to the park and restaurants from the property and enjoy what Salida has to offer. We would go back.

The check-in process was quick and easy. Communication with the host was great - they responded quickly to my questions. The property was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed for a quick girls getaway. The location was even better - closer to F Street - than what I had anticipated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close parking. It was great to sit out on the upstairs patio for breakfast and be able to see and hear the river. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sackett Place! It was plenty big for our family of 5 and we loved the location. Once parked, we didn’t need the car again, as the city is so walkable. Highly recommend this spot for an active few days in the summer!

Slightly dirty property. Chipping paint throughout. For all the rigorous rules of the check in emails I had higher expectations for this stay.
