During the warmer months, raft down the Arkansas River, soak in the Mt Princeton Hot Springs, or simply lounge in the enclosed yard; playing some horseshoes and swaying in the hammock. The cooler months are best spent skiing the fresh powder at Monarch Mountain - just 21 miles away.

Inside, you immediately feel at home amidst the open, sun-filled layout. Kick back and relax on the living room's leather sofa, whip up something delicious with the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, or refresh your adventure garb in the private washer/dryer. Equally comfortable, the bedrooms are well-decorated with fun mementos and soft linens. An additional smart TV is available in the primary bedroom.

As evening nears, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout while reminiscing on all of the memories you've made thus far!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
