Great place to stay and walk to the beach. Had all of the beach gear anyone could need - chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, toys, etc. Lots of great restaurants that you can walk to. Highly recommend Amantes Italian and Flanigans. A very short drive away there are many great restaurants and shops in Boca Raton. We had American Social and Calaveras and both were fantastic - highly recommend. If you choose to cook, the kitchen has all needed items. Home was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Had a tiny issue with the grill and Jim took care of it immediately. One note - if you’re looking for a green house, it is now tan with brown trim.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and exactly like the pictures. The location is prime!!! Jim is the perfect host. Would definitely rent this property again!!!!

The property was very nice and clean. It was located in a great location and close to the beach which was very nice. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again in the future

Easy walking distance to beach boardwalk and restraunts. A good location.. The townhouse was super clean and generally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The chairs, sofa and beds are comfortable. Jim and Jackie, the VRBO hosts, were very welcoming and delivered good value for our stay.We enjoying our 5 nights and would rent this unit again. Nov 2025.
