Was everything we expected very clean and professional staff

Indifferent staff - you exit and greet them, they don't even lift their eyes off the computer screen. Same when you are entering. Weird.
The sink in the bathroom is obviously clogged, it takes minutes to empty, it's impossible to brush your teeth or wash your face because it gets filled up quickly and you spray yourself with dirty water. Crazy. The shower leaks, half my room was web after the first morning.

Clean, the staff is courteous and helpful with every request, comfortable beds and pillows
Small rooms, no closets to put things in, one elevator which is really not nice, half an hour drive from the center, small dining room with minimal food, very high charge for a glass of freshly orange juice
