Nicholas Point Apartments and Rooms

Convenient location, quiet and clean apartment, ideal for a short stay in Athens. Kitchen was adequately equipped, and the bed's matres was decent but not the greatest.

The only thing we didn't like, was that the room had the smell of tobacco. We don't smoke, and having to smell cigarette smell during sleep, was not the ideal situation. We mentioned that to the owner, they replied that the previous guests broke the rules, they smoked in the room, and there was not enough time in between their departure and our arrival so the smell can go away.

Great place that definitely exceeded my expectations! Very clean and beautiful; owners are friendly and willing to help with any kind of problems. Absolutely adore the bed, it's been a pleasure sleeping there 😊 Overall it's a good and totally reasonable place to stay

Not exactly that I didn't like it, but it would be better to have a microwave; location isn't exceptional, but good in terms of shops etc. near and public transport

Good location, just 5 min walk to two nearby metro stations. Clean and calm, good kitchen and appliances. Kind and responsive staff.

We stayed 1 night on the 2nd May. The cleanligness of the apartment is below average if you value hygiene. There is no excuse for hairs on bedsheets and dust on your bedside tables/lamps. Not to mention the limescale in the bathroom. We waited for the room to be cleaned, so you would expect a clean room. Sadly, it wasn't. We were exhausted after teavelling for over 12 hours, so did not have the energy to sit and argue for 1 night, but the pictures speak for themselves. I also have a video available. Bed mattress needs upgrading, not the most comfortable. If you don't care about such details, good location. If you value hygiene, not recommended.
