A arquitetura e o design são exemplares, realmente aconchegantes. Tive problemas no acesso as chaves. A informação não continha o número da casa. Tive que testar em outros cofres vizinhos até acertar nesta. Precisam ser mais claros nesta informação.

O checkout é as 11:00am. Quando o relógio marcou 10:58am uma senhora bateu a porta. Achei deselegante e constrangedor! Por mais que eu já estivesse de saída, sei que viagens possuem imprevistos e o mínimo de empatia traria mais positividade a experiência. Sugiro que sejam mais tolerantes, ao menos 10min. a quem precisar, repito, mesmo que eu não tenha precisado. Mas me questiono como seria se eu precisasse!? Quem viaja com idosos, crianças, portadores de necessidades especias sabe do que falo!
