About this apartment rental
The cottage: This charming cottage with views overlooking High Island and the Atlantic Ocean. It has a spacious garden and plenty of parking. This property is ideal for children where they can wander to their hearts content across fields full of wild flowers and sand dunes close by. Aughrus Lake is close and is full of brown trout. If you are partial to lobster the local shellfish merchant has a sea-fed lobster pond just down the road and you can purchase lobster for an alfresco meal. Next to the lobster pond is what the local people call the Anchor Beach, a quiet beach with stunning white sand. Omey Island is short drive, enroute you will pass Sweeney’s shop, P.O. and petrol station where you will find all you need for your stay. This is a very scenic area and is highly recommended. Once you have discovered it you will want to come back year after year.
Inside: Three Bedrooms with two doubles, one of which is ensuite, and one twin. Open plan sitting room with kitchen ,dining table & chairs. Sitting room area has couch, chairs, open fire and tv. Kitchen is fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Utility with washing machine and dryer. Family bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Everything was good about this property except no instructions on how to work dish washer, heating etc. Also house difficult to recognise from the photo.

Nice cottage with a good layout. Everything you need for a holiday exist. I missed some usefull information for foreigner and instruction how to use the equipment (heater, TV...). Maybe we come back.
