Idyllic Holiday Home for 4 +1P in a prime Location of Sankt Andreasberg invites you to an unforgettable stay in a beautiful nature. Hiking trails, MB trail, summer toboggan run, Downhill and cross-country skiing right outside the door
The living room with fireplace, a corner sofa, two armchairs, TV and dining area are comfortably furnished and offers space on rainy days. From here you can reach the terraces. One bedroom with a double bed, one with bunk bed and Baby cot , sleeps 5. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, as well as cutlery, toaster, microwave, water cooker and coffee maker. The bathroom is tiled with shower, toilet, towel dryer and sink.

The house is located on a 1200sqm plot and is completely fenced. Two terraces, one of which is covered, invite you to have breakfast, barbecue or sunbathe. There are a garden house and storage facilities for bicycles, etc. on the property. A collective parking is available in ca.20m, below the house.

From a ski lift, within walking distance, a Downhill bike park with lift transport to the summer toboggan run, very well maintained cross-country ski trails, mountain bike / ski rental and designated hiking routes, Sankt Andreasberg and its beautiful surroundings offers many opportunities to do sports. In ca.12 km distance, lies Bad Lauterberg. THE! shopping city in the Harz! Again, there are numerous opportunities for recreational activities. (Kirchbergtherme, Vitamar swimming pool, Shopping...) Furthermore, the cities Goslar, Braunlage, Bad Harzburg in a radius of about 10-30 km, always worth a visit.
And even the passionate angler gets his money's worth here. In addition to fishing shops, clubs or ponds, a total of 120 waters and routes are registered on the anglermap website within 25 km of Sankt Andreasberg. Petri Heil !!

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus in Top Lage. Der ideale Ort zum Entspannen. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen. Einfach toll....Jederzeit wieder...

I stayed in the Luchshütte with my three children (7-13 years old) in July 2022 and we have really enjoyed the stay. The house is located on a hill side towards the tobboggan run facing south. The house is well hidden between trees and bushes and you feel completely private when you are in the house and terrace. During summer time, the terrace is in sun from early morning till approx. 6 p.m. The house is very clean and in very good shape. It consists of a small entrance with access to a small kitchen, bathroom and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped incl. dish-washer. The bathroom seems to be completely new. Water pressure and temperature is very fine. The living room has sofa and dining table and access to the two bedrooms. From the living room, there is also direct access to the roofed-over terrace, and there is a nice view over the valley. The tobbogan run on the opposite side of the valley is a fun activity for children and adults. The noise is very limited and not a problem at all. One bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm while the other bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 x 90x200 cm beds. Both bedrooms has closets for clothes and mosquito nets mounted on the windows. All in all, we have been vary satisfied by staying at the Luchshütte.

Erster Eindruck: gut gelegenes Objekt, sehr sauber, zum Teil neu eingerichtet, Einrichtung sehr ansprechend, wenn der Kaminofen angefeuert wird, wirkt sehr gemütlich und heimisch. Umgebung einladend zu Spaziergängen und Wanderungen. In der Nähe Skiliftanlage, Sommerrodelbahn. Es war nicht der letzte Besuch. Beim nächsten Urlaub länger buchen. Wir kommen wieder.
