About this house rental
Gründerhaus style and modernity united under one roof. In the 9th guests find the space for rest, enjoyment, shutdown as well as space for activities, playing together and experiencing. WLAN and Sky Q incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime offer the opportunity to relax after an active day or when the weather does not turn out as desired.
The 9 invites you to spend a cozy days in the Harz with their charm. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to a double bed. In the cozy and rustic living room there is room for extensive reading sessions or social gathering.
In the center of St. Andreasberg, all facilities are within walking distance. The bakery is almost at the door and the local supermarket just a few minutes away. Ski and snowboard rentals are just a few blocks away in the same street. The same applies to the house garage, which is very welcome in the winter months.
The 9 has a terrace and a small garden that invite you to linger, enjoy the sunset and the tranquility.
Coffee lovers will get their money. You will find in the 9 a fully automatic Jura and a free mix of "fagilo" coffee.
Hiking trails, ski trails, summer toboggan run, paintball hall, pit Samson, mini golf, the spa house and the high ropes course are local activities.

Ein wirklich sehr süsses Häuschens! Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, es fehlt einem an Nichts. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Toller Mix zwischen historisch und modern. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zentrale Lage. Sehr angenehmen Kommunikation.

Liebevoll, gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht, was man so braucht und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich!

Wunderschönes Haus. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In der gemütlichen Küche alles da was man braucht. Bäcker und Restaurants ums Eck. Auch der Einkaufsmarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wer empfindliche Füße hat vielleicht ein paar Schlappen einpacken 😉
Parken direkt vor der Tür etwas schwierig aber in der parallel Straße, Schulstrasse gibt es einen kostenfreien, öffentlichen Parkplatz.
Wir hatten einen tollen, abwechslungsreichen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und können die Nr. 9 weiterempfehlen 😊
