About this apartment rental
Welcome to Sankt Andreasberg! You and your family or friends will definitely feel at home with us!
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living / dining area which u. a. equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. Thus, use this apartment easily and groups up to 8 people. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and ceramic hob and oven. The bathroom has a double sink and a shower.
All rooms are bright and modern equipped. Each room has its own flat screen satellite TV.
Feel free to change Wi-Fi and parking free of charge.
Location:
The large apartment is located 100m from the center of Sankt Andreasberg in the midst of the unique landscape of the Upper Harz, within walking distance of all attractions and several restaurants with international and regional cuisine. A supermarket is located nearby. Of course it is also possible to grill in fine weather on the terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013.
Sankt Andreasberg is embedded in the Harz national park. It offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. The summer toboggan run is a short walk from the apartment.
From Sankt Andreasberg you can great day trips to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km) Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) and Bad Harzburg (25 km). Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg can be reached in about 40 minutes. The A395 can be reached in 35 minutes, the A7 motorway in 40 minutes and the A38 in 50 minutes by car.

Hier wurde vor Kurzem ein wenig renoviert, das konnte man hier und da noch sehen. Alles kein Problem und für uns mit 6 Personen prima nutzbar.
Die Terrasse mit „Garten und Grill“ ist nur eine Notlösung, hat uns aber gereicht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet alles, was man für eine Wandertour in einer Gruppe braucht: gute Ausstattung, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Ansprechpartnerin im Haus. Flexible An-/Abreisezeiten unkompliziert möglich.

Moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Ruhige Lage in der Oberstadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (nahkauf gegenüber und Bäcker 300m entfernt, beide auch sonntag vormittags geöffnet). Das in einem Stockwerk kein Bad ist und stattdessen beide Bäder im oberen Stockwerk ist nicht so günstig. Nur 2 Toiletten sind bei 7 Leuten morgens doch etwas wenig. Im Haus wohnt leider ein Starkraucher, so dass man die Luft anhalten musste, wenn man das untere Treppenhaus passierte. Zum Glück war von dem kalten Qualm in der FW nichts zu riechen.
